同煤集团选煤厂安全生产标准化建设探究

Exploration on the construction of work safety standardization in the coal preparation plants of Datong Coal Mine Group

在《煤矿安全生产标准化考核定级办法》和《煤矿安全生产标准化基本要求及评分方法》正式颁布实施的背景下,同煤集团煤炭洗选分公司经过探索研究,构建选煤厂安全生产标准化管理体系,对所属选煤厂从安全基础管理、安全风险分级管控及事故隐患排查治理等11个方面进行安全生产标准化评分定级;将双重预防机制和标准化管理工作相结合,形成了"三位一体"的工作体系,对选煤厂实现量化考核,为公司发展提供安全保障。

Under the background of the officially issued and implemented documents, "Assessment and Classification Method of Work Safety Standardization for Coal Mine " and"Basic Requirements and Grading Method of Work Safety Standardization for Coal Mine",the Coal Preparation Branch Company of Datong Coal Mine Group after exploring and researching,builds the work safety standardization system f its coal preparation plants. This work safety standardization is classified and graded from 11 aspects such as basic safety management, safety risk classification for control, and accident hidden danger inspection for control. After the dual prevention mechanism is combined with this standardization management,the "three-in-one model " work system is formed to realize the quantitative assessment of the coal preparation plant and provide safety guarantee for company development.
