两种手法复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的效果比较

Comparison of Two Manipulative Reductions for Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

目的比较Epley手法复位与Barbecue翻滚手法复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的临床效果。方法将200例良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者按治疗方法的不同分为A组和B组,每组100例。2组均采用银杏叶提取物注射液和盐酸倍他司汀片治疗。在此基础上,A组采用Epley手法复位治疗,B组采用Barbecue翻滚手法复位治疗。观察2组耳鸣症状、眩晕症状的消失时间及临床疗效、随访3个月的复发率。结果 A组总有效率为98.0%,明显高于B组的86.0%(P<0.05)。A组耳鸣症状、眩晕症状的消失时间均较B组短(均P<0.05)。A组复发率为2.0%,明显低于B组的9.0%(P<0.05)。结论 Epley手法复位较Barbecue翻滚手法复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的效果更佳,复发率低。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of Epley manoeuvre and Barbecue rotation on benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.Methods Two hundred patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo were divided into two groups,with 100 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with Ginkgo biloba leaf extract injection and betahistine hydrochloride tablets.In addition,group A and group B were given manipulative reduction with Epley manoeuvre and Barbecue rotation,respectively.The time to disappearance of tinnitus and vertigo symptoms,clinical curative effect and 3-month recurrence rate were observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate in group A（98.0%）was higher than that in group B（86.0%）（P〈0.05）.The time to disappearance of tinnitus and vertigo symptoms in group A was shorter than that in group B（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate in group A（2.0%）was lower than that in group B（9.0%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Epley manoeuvre is superior to Barbecue rotation for treating benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and reducing recurrence rate.
