摘要
以聚碳酸丁二醇酯(PBC)和聚乳酸(PLA)为主要原料,加入适量的氧化石墨烯(GO),通过静电纺丝机制备出纳米PBC/PLA/GO全生物降解薄膜。采用扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TG)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对全生物降解薄膜进行了分析。结果表明,全生物降解PBC/PLA材料和氧化石墨烯具有很好的相容性,随着氧化石墨烯含量的增加,全生物降解薄膜的降解性逐渐提高,薄膜的热稳定性也在升高,当氧化石墨烯的添加量为0.08%时热稳定性提高最明显。
Nano-biodegradable film was prepared by using poly(butylene carbonate)(PBC) and polylactic acid(PLA) as the main raw materials and adding proper amount of graphene oxide(go). The whole biodegradable films were analyzed by scanning calorimetry(DSC), thermogravimetric analyzer(TG)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The results showed that the total biodegradation of PBC/PLA materials and graphene oxide had good compatibility. with the increase of graphene oxide content, the degradation of the whole biodegradable film gradually increased, and the thermal stability of the film was also increased. when the addition amount of graphene oxide was 0.08 %, the thermal stability was improved most.
