总结了MXF2400荧光光谱仪真空系统的常见故障及处理和维护方法,保证了仪器的正常运行及检测数据的准确性,提高了工作效率。
In this paper, the common faults, treatment and maintenance methods of vacuum system of MXF2400 fluorescence spectrometer are summarized. The treatment and maintenance methods ensure the normal operation of the instrument and the accuracy of test data, and improve the working efficiency.
