摘要
利用物联网、大数据分析、自动化及数据建模等信息化技术,实现了冷轧薄板生产精细化能源管理。通过建立能源数据中心,为产销系统、财务系统、设备管理系统搭建了数据交互桥梁,对能源的使用消耗分析更加贴近实际运行情况,实现了能耗综合平衡和优化调度,降低了能耗和人力成本,提高了产品利润。
By means of the internet of things, big data analysis, automation and data modeling and other information technology, the refined energy management of cold rolled sheet production is realized.Through the establishment of energy data center, the data exchange bridge is built for production and marketing system, financial system and equipment management system. The energy consumption analysis is more close to the actual operation situation, and the comprehensive balance of energy consumption and optimal scheduling are realized which reduces the energy consumption and labor costs, increases the product profits.
