3 Dimensional Process Design Method of Deformed Parts

摘要 为满足数字化环境下轻武器产品变形件3维工艺设计需求,重点针对变形件成形过程中的冲压、延伸等特殊工艺,提出一种基于"CAD+DEFORM"的3维工艺设计方法,并对其具体实现方案进行详细阐述。在此基础上,以轻武器的某一枪弹产品为例,对其应用方法和应用成效进行描述。结果表明:该方法能有效提高轻武器产品的研制效率和质量,满足变形件中特殊工艺的快速设计与应用需求,为实现全3维的轻武器产品设计制造一体化提供有效的技术支撑。 Oriented to the 3 dimensional process design requirement for deformed parts of small arms, and focusing on the special processes, such as stamping, extension and so on, this paper puts forward a "CAD+DEFORM-based" three-dimension process design method, and at the same time, it elaborates the concrete implementation scheme of this method. Based on this, taking a certain cartridge of small arms for an example, it expounds on its application method and efficiency. The result show that, the method can effectively improve the development efficiency and quality of light weapon products, meeting the design and application of special process in the deformation parts, which provides the effective technical support to achieve the integrated design and manufacturing of the full 3 dimensional small arms.
