基于激励理论的产学研合作模式研究

Study on the Cooperative Mode of Production,Education and Scientific Research Based on Incentive Theory

针对我国产学研合作现状,通过广泛的文献阅读和大量的社会调研,在综合分析国内外产学研合作现状的基础上,从搭建产学研合作信息交流平台,高校激励的学科专业建设、人才培养、师资建设和企业激励的企业专技人员、管理人员参与高教人才培养,校企共享设备资源等方面,探讨了基于激励理论的产学研合作模式。

In view of the current situation of the cooperation of production,education and scientific research in China,the mode of cooperation of production,education and scientific research based on incentive theory is discussed in this paper on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign cooperation status in production,education and scientific research through extensive literature reading and extensive social research. The cooperative mode of production,education and research based on incentive theory is put forward in this paper from the construction of the cooperation information exchange platform,discipline professional construction,cultivation of talents,construction of teaching staff,and the technical personnel and management personnel of enterprises are encouraged to take part in higher education and the sharing of equipment resources between enterprises and universities.
