全科医学本科生基层就业影响因素与对策研究

Research on the Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Medical Undergraduates' Employment in Primary Healthcare Institutions

目的:了解全科医学生基层就业意向,分析其影响因素,为当前全科医学生基层就业问题提供参考。方法:采用自编写调查问卷对某校全科医学院211名医学本科生进行调查,通过卡方检验与二分类Logistic多元回归分析医学生基层就业意向的主要影响因素。结果:医学生愿意去基层就业的主要原因是"为积累基层经验"与"今后工作做铺垫"、"响应国家号召服务社会"与"为自己家乡做贡献";不愿到基层就业的主要原因是"基层待遇不高"、"提升空间小,发展前景不乐观"是学生的首选原因,其次是"基层经济发展缓慢,工作条件差"。多因素分析结果显示:"政府政策效果"与"学校基层就业指导"两因素对学生基层就业均有重要影响,尤其是学校基层就业指导工作做到位的条件下,愿去基层就业学生的人数急剧增加,为该项因素不利条件下愿去基层就业人数的21.7倍。结论:完善支持政策,促使人才"愿下基层";提供平台,勇压重担,确保人才"愿在基层"。

Objective： The paper analyzes the medical undergraduates＇ influencing factors and countermeasures to provide reference for solving the employment problem in primary healthcare institutions. Methods： 211 general medical undergraduates are surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire. The influencing factors of medical undergraduates＇ employment intentions are analyzed by a Chi-square test and binary logistic regression method. Results： The main reasons for their willingness to work in primary healthcare institutions are accumulating primary experience,paving the way for future work,responding to the national call and serving society and making contributions for their hometown. The first reasons for their unwillingness are not high salary,small room for improvement,and not optimistic development prospects,followed by slow economic development and poor working conditions and insufficient policy protection and difficult re-employment. A multivariate analysis indicates that the factors of government policy and school employment guidance have an important influence,especially the latter. The intention to work in primary healthcare institutions increases dramatically and is 21. 7 times when school employment guidance does well than that when school employment guidance does not well. Conclusion： the support policy should be improved so that the talent is willing to work in primary healthcare institutions. A platform should be provided to make sure that people are willing to be at primary healthcare institutions.
