高铁时代背景下中心城市建设研究——以湖南怀化为例

Research on the Construction of Central City under the Background of High-speed Rail Era Taking Huaihua,Hunan as an Example

历史和现实都表明,一个城市的兴衰,交通条件是一个非常重要的因素。怀化自身的城市发展就表明了这一点,怀化城市建设经历了江河经济时代、铁路经济时代、高速公路经济时代三个阶段。交通优势是其发展的第一推动力。在面临以高铁为主体的立体交通网络时代,随着我国《中长期铁路网规划》的实施,"八纵八横"的高铁网络正在形成,高铁将成为新的重要的交通渠道,开通的沪昆高铁与开建的张吉怀高铁及规划中渝怀高铁、怀桂高铁在怀化交汇,怀化作为全国性交通枢纽的地位进一步提升,由此对怀化的城市建设提出了更高的要求。

History and reality show that the rise and fall of a city is a very important factor in traffic conditions. The development of Huaihua＇s own city shows this point. The construction of Huaihua city has experienced three stages of the times of the river economy,the times of the railway economy and the economic times of the expressway. Traffic advantage is the first driving force of its development.With the implementation of China＇s＂Medium and long term railway network planning＂,the＂Eight vertical and eight horizontal＂high-speed railway network is being formed. High-speed railway will become a new and an important transportation channel. Huihua will be the intersection of four high-speed railways.They are Shanghai Kunming high-speed rail,under construction Zhang Jiahuai high-speed railway and the planned Chongqing Huaihua high-speed railway, Huaihua Guilin high-speed railway.Huaihua as the national transportation hub has been advanced, which puts forward higher requirements for Huaihua＇s urban construction.
