茯苓菌丝体、菌核、子实体及茯苓皮中总萜含量比较 被引量:2

摘要 茯苓(Wolfiporia cocos)是我国传统的药食两用真菌,本文从茯苓菌核中分离获得菌株,从培养性状、形态特征、分子证据(ITS序列)等方面对该菌株进行了鉴定并确证为茯苓真菌;利用该菌株进行液体发酵和人工栽培,获得茯苓菌丝体和茯苓子实体.比较研究了茯苓发酵菌丝体、茯苓菌核、茯苓皮和茯苓子实体中总萜含量的差异.结果表明茯苓总萜含量:茯苓皮>茯苓发酵菌丝>子实体>菌核,茯苓皮和茯苓发酵菌丝体中茯苓总萜含量显著高于茯苓菌核,可作为提取茯苓萜类化合物的原料. Wolfiporia cocos has been widely consumed as edible and medicinal mushroom. The fungus isolated from the sclerotium and identified as W.cocos based on cultural, morphological characteristics, molecular evidence(ITS sequence). The isolated fungus of W.cocos was used to obtain mycelium and fruiting body by liquid fermentation and artificial cultivation, respectively. The contents of triterpenes in the cultured mycelium, the slerotium, surface layer of the slerotium and fruiting bodies were analyzed,the results showed that the contents of triterpenes in surface layer of the slerotium and cultured mycelium were significantly higher than that in the slerotium,which could be used as an important raw material for extracting triterpenes.
