摘要
该文以樟子松作为试验材料,以Pt(1、3)菌根剂、ABT3号生根粉、HRC吸水保水剂等生物制剂作为处理试剂,对比了不同生物制剂对樟子松幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:Pt3菌根剂效果最好,成活率、细根总长度、苗木高度、苗木地径、针叶长度及针叶面积均达到了最大值,分别为78.26%、150.23cm、15.751cm、0.518cm、6.156cm、0.623cm^2,显著高于对照。建议樟子松造林时采用Pt3菌根剂进行处理。
In this paper,Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica is used as the experimental material and biologicals including mycorrhiza,ABT rooting power and super absorbent are used as treatment reagents to develop a comparison among effects of biologicals on Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica seeding growth. The result shows Pt3 mycorrhiza makes the best effect that is maximum survival rate,total fine root length,seeding height,ground diameter,length of needles and area of needles,being 78.26%,150.23 cm,15.751 cm,0.518 cm,6.156 cm and 0.623 cm^2 respectively,which compared with the control group,improve by 32.33%,25.75%,23.36%,47.16%,36.71% and 50.00% respectively. So it is recommended to use Pt3 mycorrhiza for treatment when afforesting Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica.
