摘要
某厂甲醇装置转化炉出口管系,运行5年来,出口管系热壁集合管和冷壁集合管连接处同心异径管的同一部位多次出现裂纹,此部位裂纹既在正常运行期间出现,也在停工过程中出现,为查明裂纹原因,从管道布局、同心异径管的制造工艺,基础支撑,服役状态等方面进行了全面的分析,并根据分析结果对问题进行解决。
During the operation of 5 years, the outlet pipe system of the reformer of a methanol plant were cracked several times in the same part of the concentric reducer at the junction of the hot-wall collecting pipe and the cold-walled collecting pipe of the outlet pipe system. This crack occured not only during normal operation but also in the process of shutdown. In order to find out the causes of the crack, a comprehensive analysis was made from the pipeline layout, the manufacturing process of the concentric reducer, the basic support and the service status, and the problem was solved based on the analysis results.
