参芪复脉汤加减联合西医治疗37例慢性心力衰竭合并低血压的效果观察

Effects of Shenqi-fumai decoction plus western medicine on 37 cases chronic heart failure patients with hypotension

目的:参芪复脉汤加减联合西医治疗慢性心力衰竭合并低血压的效果。方法:根据入院单双号将74例慢性心力衰竭合并低血压患者分为对照组和研究组各37例,对照组采用常规的西医治疗,研究组在此基础上联合参芪复脉汤加减治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗、治疗前后心功能、NT-pro BNP、24h心律失常发作次数、血压、心率等指标变化。结果:研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(94.59%vs 75.68%,P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的心功能、NTpro BNP、24h心律失常发作次数、血压及心率较治疗前均明显改善,且研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在西医的基础上联合参芪复脉汤加减治疗有助于改善慢性心力衰竭合并低血压患者的心功能及低血压症状,疗效显著。

Objective： To explore the effects of Shenqi-fumai decoction plus western medicine on chronic heart failure patients with hypotension. Methods： Seventy-four cases of chronic heart failure patients with hypotension were selected and divided into a control group（n=37） and a research group（n=37） on the basis of admission date. The control group was treated with routine western medicine while the research group was treated with Shenqi-fumai decoction plus western medicine. The clinical effects, cardiac function, NT-proBNP, onset frequency of arrhythmia in 24 hours, blood pressure and cardiac rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was significantly higher in the research group than the control group（94.59% vs 75.68%, P〈0.05）. After treatment, the cardiac function, NT-proBNP, onset frequency of arrhythmia in 24 hours, blood pressure and cardiac rate were all improved in the two groups, which was more significant in the research group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shenqi-fumai decoction plus western medicine for chronic heart failure patients with hypotension is of benefit to the improvement of the cardiac function and hypotension and possesses significant efficacy.
