乳腺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子C及其受体FLT-4表达与淋巴结转移的关系

Relationship Between Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor C and FLT-4 in the Breast Cancer and Lymph Node Metastasis

目的研究乳腺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)及其受体FLT-4的表达与淋巴结转移的关系。方法入组行手术切除治疗的乳腺浸润性导管癌患者47例作为研究组,其中32例患者发生淋巴结转移,15例淋未发生巴结转移,选取同期在我院接受健康体检的正常乳腺组织30例,采用免疫组化方法检查并比较2组VEGF-C和FLT-4表达情况。结果研究组VEGF-C和FLT-4阳性表达率分别为76.6%、61.7%,显著高于正常组的0.0%、0.0%(P均<0.05);淋巴结转移组VEGF-C和FLT-4阳性表达率分别为87.5%、81.3%,显著高于淋巴结未转移组的53.3%、46.7%(P均<0.05)。结论 VEGF-C和FLT-4的高表达与乳腺癌患者淋巴结转移关系密切。

Objective To study the relationship between expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C（VEGF-C） and its receptor FLT-4 in the breast cancer and lymph node metastasis. Methods Forty-seven cases of invasive ductal carcinoma were selected for the study group. Among them,lymph node metastasis occurred in the 32 cases and no lymph node metastasis occurred in the 15 cases. The normal mammary tissue of the non-sick patients who received a healthy medical examination in our hospital was selected in the same period. The expression of VEGF-C and FLT-4 were examined by immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression rates of VEGF-C and FLT-4 in the study group（ 76. 6% and 61. 7%） were significantly higher than those in the normal group（0. 0% and 0. 0%,P〈0.05）. The positive expression rates of VEGF-C and FLT-4 in the lymph node metastasis group（87. 5% and 81. 3%） were significantly higher than those in the no lymph node metastasis group（53. 3% and 46. 7%,P〈0.05）. Conclusion High expression of VEGF-C and FLT-4 is closely related to lymph node metastasis in the patients with breast cancer.
