不同整形方式及负载量对‘北冰红’葡萄光合及果实品质的影响 被引量:10

摘要 以双主蔓直立树形和倾斜水平龙干树形两种整形方式的‘北冰红’葡萄为试材,研究不同整形方式及不同负载量对叶片光合速率、叶绿素含量,以及对植株产量及果实品质的影响。结果表明,与双主蔓直立树形相比,倾斜水平龙干树形的植株叶片光合速率更高,果实品质更好。其中,以倾斜水平龙干树形中9个结果枝处理的光合速率、产量和还原糖含量较高,可滴定酸含量最低,糖酸比最高。综合各项指标认为,采用倾斜水平龙干整形方式能提升‘北冰红’的果实品质,在株距1 m的情况下留9个结果枝较适宜。 The effects of different shaping methods and loading amount on photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content in leaves, and the effect on yield and fruit quality of 'Beibinghong' grapevine were studied. The results showed that the leaf photosynthetic rate of the vertical-shoot-positioned trellis with tilted dragon trunk was higher and the fruit quality was better than that of the fan-shaped trellis with double trunks. Among them, the yield and reducing sugar content was higher, the content of titratable acid was the lowest, and the ratio of sugar and acid was the highest in the vertical-shoot-positioned trellis, it could improve the fruit quality of 'Beibinghong', and the nine branches treatment were better when the vine spacing was 1 m.
