摘要
备自投装置是保障电力系统供电可靠性的重要设备。在220kV站中,若某110kV母线失电,站内有备自投,则备自投动作策略目标为将其由当前主变改由另一主变供电;但若本站主变均已经失压,则将无法通过备自投动作,达到110kV母线复电的目的。本文提出的智能复电系统,能够根据地区电网特点,充分考虑备自投动作时序、遥测及遥信,以复电单元管理母线复电过程,自动检测闭锁条件、充电条件、启动条件、动作条件及220kV主变与110kV母线状态,搜索备用电源,给出复电策略,并在母线复电后自动检测供电路径越限情况,给出切负荷策略。实验表明,智能复电系统达到了预期目的。
Busbar automatic transfer switch(BATS) is an important equipment to guarantee the reliability of the electric power supply system, in a 220 kV substation, if a 110 kV bus is out of power, if there are BATS in the substation, then the strategy goal is to restore power by stopping the current transformer and using another main transformer power supply. But if the main transformers of the substation are all in voltage lost, the strategy will not be valid. The system which is proposed in this paper, according to the characteristics of regional power grid, considering the BATS’s timing, telemetry and remote signals, and bus restoration process managed by restoration unit, automatic detect blocking conditions, charging conditions, startting conditions and operation conditions and the states of main transformer 220 kV and 110 kV buses, search standby power, then the power restoration strategy can be given. After the bus power is restored, automatic detect limit of power supply path, the load shedding strategy can be given or not. Experimental results showed that the system had achieved the desired purpose.
