不同基因型大麦苗期氮素利用效率的评价分析 被引量:3

Evaluation and Analysis of Nitrogen Use Efficiency of Barley Varieties with Different Genotypes at Seedling Stage

摘要 通过对42个大麦品种在氮为0.4、2.0、5.0 mmol/L 3个不同水平水培条件下苗期相关性状及氮素利用效率进行分析,结果表明:在3个氮素水平条件下,不同大麦品种苗期最大根长、茎长和叶长差异极显著;正常氮(2.0 mmol/L)条件对大麦苗期生长影响较小,而低氮(0.4 mmol/L)和高氮(5.0 mmol/L)则因大麦苗期性状的不同对其有促进或抑制作用,其中低氮严重影响不同基因型大麦品种叶片的生长,进而会影响光合作用,最终对整个植株的生长不利。氮素利用效率的分析结果表明,随着供氮水平的提高,大麦幼苗氮利用效率也随之增强。初步筛选出氮高效利用材料3份,分别为Sampsom、Z0099001、08京222。 We performed a comparative study of 42 different barley varieties with respect to their agronomic traits and nitrogen use efficiency by conducting hydroponic experiments with three different nitrogen levels: low(0.4 mmol/L), medium(2 mmol/L), and high(5 mmol/L) levels. As a result, the maximum length of roots, length of stem, and length of leaves at seedling stage were significantly different among different barley varieties regardless of nitrogen level. Compared with treatments at medium-and high-nitrogen levels,low nitrogen stress treatment led to greater nitrogen contents in roots, stem, and leaves; larger dry weight and maximum length of roots;but smaller length and dry weight of leaves. Under high-nitrogen conditions, the tested varieties showed reductions in nitrogen contents in roots, stem, and leaves; and in dry weights of roots and stem, the maximum length of roots, and length of stem. Among all tested barley varieties, three(Sampsom, Z0099001, and 08 jing222) were found to have high efficiency in utilizing nitrogen.
