考虑应急时间和未满足需求量的应急物资多阶段分配模型 被引量:1

摘要 应急时间最短和物资未满足需求量最小是应急物资分配的两个重要目标。构造的损失函数将两个目标有机结合起来,并以此构建了以受灾点损失最小为目标的应急物资多阶段分配模型,利用遗传算法进行了求解,运算结果令人满意。
