摘要
提升机天轮轴承作为矿井安全运行的必要保障,其运行质量对整个矿井的安全至关重要,针对提升机天轮轴承机械故障的诊断开展探究,总结集合经模分解法的天轮轴承机械故障诊断技术,并对其应用原理和实践情况进行分析,希望能够为矿井提升机天轮轴承机械故障的有效防治提供借鉴与参考。
Head sheave bearing of hoist is the necessary guarantee of safe operation in mines, and its operation quality is very important to the safety of the mine. This paper explored the diagnosis of mechanical failure of head sheave bearing of hoist, summarized the mechanical failure diagnosis technology of integration empirical mode decomposition and analyzed its application principle and practice, which hoped to offer reference for the effective prevention and control of mechanical failure of the head sheave bearing of mine hoist.
