摘要
通过深入分析造成CFB锅炉出力不足、运行温度异常、NOx严重超标等问题产生的原因,提出了采用上海卫源节能环保科技有限公司(摩博泰科公司)专有的低氮+锅炉燃烧优化改造技术解决方案对3台75 t/h CFB锅炉进行改造。改造后运行实践证明,此技术在CFB锅炉的引入,无论是对锅炉的稳定燃烧优化还是NOx的降低等均取得了良好效果,为工程实践和同类型的锅炉低氮燃烧改造提供了借鉴。
Through the in-depth analysis of the reasons of output insufficiency, the operation temperature anomaly and NOx sev-ere exceeding of standard of CFB boilers, this paper introduced the proprietary solutions of low nitrogen + optimization of boilercombustion technology proposed by Shanghai Weiyuan Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Company(Mobotec Company) to achieve modification on3 units of 75 t/h CFB boilers. The transforming practice showed that the introduc-tion of this technology in CFB boilers could achieve good effect on both the stability of the combustion and NOx reduction of boi-lers, providing the reference for the engineering practice and the transformation in low nitrogen combustion of the same type ofboilers.
