摘要
针对井下掘进机液压系统故障的防治展开探究,在对掘进机液压系统构成进行全面分析的基础上,结合实践经验对掘进机液压系统多发故障的原因进行分析,并对其防治提出针对性的应对措施,希望能够为更好地发挥掘进机作业效果提供借鉴与参考。
This paper studied the prevention and control of the faults in the hydraulic system of underground heading machine.On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the composition of the hydraulic system of the heading machine, this paper analyzed reasons of the frequently occurred faults in hydraulic system of heading machine combined with the practical experience and put forward correspond-ing countermeasures for the prevention and control of the faults, hoping to better offer references for improving the operation effect of the heading machine.
