Discussion on the Factors Influencing Safety Training in Coal Mines

简要介绍中国煤矿安全培训体系,提出影响煤矿安全培训效果的影响因素,并采用层次分析法对影响因素及其指标进行权重分析,为提高安全培训效率及效果提供一定理论指导与支持。

This paper gave a brief introduction to the safety training system in China＇s coal mines, put forward the factors influencing coal mine safety training effect and carried out weight analysis on the influencing factors and indexes of the safety training by using the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） to provide a certain theoretical guidance and support for improving the efficiency and effect of safety training and support.
