辅助免疫治疗与肝细胞癌患者生活质量及预后的相关性

Correlation between adjunctive immunotherapy and quality of life and prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma

目的探讨辅助免疫治疗与肝细胞癌患者生活质量及预后的相关性,以期进一步提高晚期肝癌患者的生活质量,改善其身体状况。方法选择2013年1月至2017年5月我院收治的130例肝细胞癌患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组65例。对照组患者只接受放射治疗,治疗组患者在接受放射治疗的基础上联合辅助免疫治疗。治疗2个月后评估比较两组的治疗效果、生活质量、身体状况改善情况。结果治疗组的客观有效率为41.54%、临床获益率为89.23%、生活质量改善率为81.54%,均显著高于对照组的23.08%、58.46%、41.54%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后身体状况均有不同程度的改善,且治疗组的头晕、乏力减轻、食欲改善、体重增加占比均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论辅助免疫治疗可以提高晚期肝癌患者的治疗效果,改善患者生活质量及预后。

Objective To investigate the correlation between adjunctive immunotherapy and quality of life and prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, in order to further improve the quality of life of patients with advanced liver cancer and improve their physical condition. Methods A total of 130 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2017 were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into control group（radiotherapy）and test group（combination of radio therapy with adjunctive immunotherapy）, with 65 cases in each group. After 2 months of treatment, the treatment effect, quality of life, and physical condition improvement of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results The objectively effective rate of the treatment group was 41.54%, the clinical benefit rate was 89.23%, the quality of life improvement rate was 81.54%, which were significantly higher than 23.08%, 58.46%, 41.54% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The physical condition of both groups improved after treatment,the rates of dizziness and fatigue reduction, appetite improvement and weight gain of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The adjunctive immunotherapy can improve the treatment effect of patients with advanced liver cancer, improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients.
