环磷腺苷葡胺联合氯沙坦治疗肺心病合并心力衰竭的临床效果及对患者血液流变学的影响

Clinical effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate combined with losartan in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure and its effect on hemorheological parameters

目的观察环磷腺苷葡胺联合氯沙坦治疗肺心病合并心力衰竭的临床效果。方法将130例肺心病合并心力衰竭患者根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=80)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用环磷腺苷葡胺联合氯沙坦治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的心室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)、每博输出量(SV)、1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV_1/FVC)水平及低切变率下全血黏度、高切变率下全血黏度、血小板聚集率及红细胞聚集指数均改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用环磷腺苷葡胺联合氯沙坦治疗肺心病合并心力衰竭临床效果显著,患者心、肺功能及血液流变学各指标改善明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate combined with losartan in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods A total of 130 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure were divided into control group（n=50） and observation group（n=80） according to different treatment methods. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate and losartan. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）, cardiac output（CO）, stroke volume（SV）, forced expiratory volume in one second（FEV1）, forced vital capacity（FVC） and FEV1/FVC, whole blood viscosity at low shear rate, whole blood viscosity at high shear rate, platelet aggregation rate and erythrocyte aggregation index in the two groups improved, and those in the observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate combined with losartan in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure has significant clinical effects. It can improve the heart function, lung function and hemorheology indexes, which is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
