经乳晕切口乳腺纤维瘤切除术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果

Clinical effect of breast fibroids excision through areola incision in the treatment of breast fibroids

目的探讨经乳晕切口乳腺纤维瘤切除术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的效果。方法选择我院收治的102例乳腺纤维瘤患者为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。观察组行经乳晕切口乳腺纤维瘤切除术,对照组实施传统切口乳腺纤维瘤切除术。对比两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%,明显高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05);术后6个月,观察组患者复发率为7.84%,低于对照组的25.49%(P<0.05);观察组血肿、瘀斑和不能哺乳发生率分别为7.84%、5.88%和7.84%,分别低于对照组的23.53%、19.61%和25.49%(P<0.05)。结论针对乳腺纤维瘤患者,经乳晕切口乳腺纤维瘤切除术具有操作简便、伤害小等优势,治疗效果理想,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of breast fibroids excision through areola incision in the treatment of breast fibroids. Methods A total of 102 patients with breast fibroids admitted in our hospital were enrolled in this study. All the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 51 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with breast fibroids excision through areola incision, and the control group was given breast fibroids excision through conventional incision. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%, which was significantly higher than 76.47% of the control group（P 〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group was 7.84% at 6 months after operation, which was lower than 25.49% of the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidences of hematoma, ecchymosis and non-lactation in the observation group were 7.84%, 5.88% and 7.84% respectively,which were lower than 23.53%, 19.61% and 25.49% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For breast fibroma patients,breast fibroids excision through areola incision has the advantages of easy operation and less injury. It has satisfactory clinical effects, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
