摘要
目的探讨微动敏感床垫睡眠监测应用于儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的价值。方法选择本院2015年9月至2017年9月收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患儿100例,按照随机数字法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。观察组使用微动敏感床垫式睡眠监测系统,对照组使用常规多导睡眠监测(PSG)系统,比较两组不同睡眠阶段的血氧饱和度、呼吸监测相关指标、睡眠呼吸暂停及夜间周期性腿动发生情况。结果观察组在快动眼睡眠、慢动眼睡眠及苏醒前30 min的血氧饱和度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的AI、OAI、HI、睡眠呼吸暂停及夜间周期性腿动发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征,使用微动敏感床垫睡眠监测系统进行监测,能提高对呼吸相关参数的监测敏感度、临床诊断效率,从而更好地为临床治疗提供指导。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of micro-movement sensitive mattress sleep monitoring for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in children. Methods A total of 100 children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome were selected in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017. They were divided into observation group(micro-movement sensitive mattress sleep monitoring system) and control group(polysomnography system) according to the random number method,with 50 cases in each group. The oxygen saturation in different sleep stages, indicators of respiratory monitoring, occurrence of apnea during sleep and nocturnal leg movements were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the oxygen saturation in the fast eye movement, slow eye movement and 30 min before wake were significantly lower than those in the control group(P 〈0.05). The levels of AI, OAI, HI and incidences of apnea during sleep and nocturnal leg movements in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion For children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, the micro-movement sensitive mattress sleep monitoring system can improve the monitoring sensitivity of respiratory-related parameters, clinical diagnosis efficiency, provide better guidance for clinical treatment.
