抗高血压药临床联合用药的特点和合理性

Characteristics and rationality of the combination of antihypertensive drugs in clinic

目的探讨我院临床中抗高血压药联合用药的特点和合理性。方法回顾性分析2012年2月至2016年2月我院收治的80例高血压患者病历,对联合用药的方案、品种、类别、治疗有效性等进行分析。结果抗高血压药联合用药以二联、三联为主,分别占52.5%、43.8%;使用频率最高的二联用药是"钙拮抗剂+血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂",二联用药的治疗有效率为66.7%;使用频率最高的三联用药是"血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂+钙拮抗剂+β-受体拮抗剂",三联用药的治疗有效率为68.6%。结论临床中抗高血压药联合用药在治疗高血压方面彰显了极强的优势,具有合理性,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical features and rationality of the combination of antihypertensive drugs in clinic. Methods The data of 80 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2016 were analyzed retrospectively, and the scheme, variety, type and therapeutic efficacy of the combined medication were analyzed. Results The antihypertensive drug combination in two, triple, respectively accounted for 52.5% and 43.8%. The highest frequency of two combination drug was ＂calcium antagonist ＋angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor＂, and the treatment effective rate was 66.7%. The highest frequency of three combination drugs was ＂angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor ＋calcium antagonist ＋β-receptor antagonist＂, and the treatment effective rate was 68.6%. Conclusion The combination of antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of hypertension in clinic shows a strong advantage, it’s reasonable and worthy of promotion in clinic.
