急诊外科急性腹痛患者的临床特点

Clinical characteristics of acute abdominal pain in emergency surgery department

目的探讨急诊外科收治的急性腹痛患者的疾病类型,分析不同年龄及不同性别的疾病病种分布情况,为急性腹痛患者的诊治提供指导。方法对560例非创伤性急性腹痛患者的资料进行统计分析,分析不同年龄及性别的疾病病种差异。结果 560例患者中,男性患者270例,占48.21%;女性患者290例,占51.79%。男性前六位疾病依次为急性阑尾炎、急性胆囊炎、急性胰腺炎、泌尿系结石、急性胃肠炎、胃十二指肠穿孔,分别占22.22%、21.48%、16.30%、13.33%、12.22%、4.44%;女性前六位疾病依次为急性胃肠炎、急性阑尾炎、急性胰腺炎、急性胆囊炎、盆腔炎、肠梗阻,分别占20.00%、16.21%、12.07%、11.03%、9.31%、6.55%。最常见的六种疾病有急性阑尾炎(19.11%)、急性胃肠炎(16.25%)、急性胆囊炎(16.07%)、急性胰腺炎(14.11%)、泌尿系结石(9.29%)、肠梗阻(5.36%)。结论不同年龄、性别的急性腹痛患者各有特点,临床医生可根据这些特点采取相应的处理措施,从而尽快制定诊断和治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the disease types of patients with acute abdominal pain admitted to emergency surgery department, and analyze the distribution of diseases of different ages and genders, in order to provide guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute abdominal pain. Methods The data of 560 patients with acute abdominalgia were statistically analyzed. The disease types of patients with different genders and ages were analyzed. Results Of 560 patients, there were 270 cases of male patients, accounting for 48.21%; 290 female patients, accounting for 51.79%. The top six male diseases were acute appendicitis, acute cholecystitis, acute pancreatitis, urinary stones, acute gastroenteritis and gastroduodenal perforation, accounting for 22.22%, 21.48%, 16.30%, 13.33%, 12.22%, 4.44% respectively. The top six female diseases were acute gastroenteritis, acute appendicitis, acute pancreatitis, acute cholecystitis, pelvic inflammatory disease,intestinal obstruction, accounting for 20.00%, 16.21%, 12.07%, 11.03%, 9.31%, 6.55% respectively. The six most common diseases were acute appendicitis（19.11%）, acute gastroenteritis（16.25%）, acute cholecystitis（16.07%）, acute pancreatitis（14.11%）, urinary stones（9.29%） and intestinal obstruction（5.36%）. Conclusions Patients with acute abdominal pain of different ages and genders have their own characteristics. Clinicians can take corresponding measures according to these characteristics, so as to make diagnosis and treatment quickly.
