“乳癌术后方”对乳腺癌术后患者血清CA153、CA125及CEA的影响

Effect of Ru'ai Shuhou recipe on serum CA153, CA125 and CEA in patients after breast cancer surgery

目的观察"乳癌术后方"对乳腺癌术后患者血清糖链抗原153(CA153)、糖类抗原125(CA125)及癌胚抗原(CEA)的影响,评价其临床疗效及应用价值。方法将2014年1月至2016年3月收治的女性乳腺癌术后136例患者分为A组("乳癌术后方"+综合治疗,70例)和B组(综合治疗,66例)。比较两组治疗前、治疗6、12、18个月后的CA153、CA125及CEA水平。结果治疗前,两组的CA153、CA125及CEA水平均正常,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后12个月,A组的CA153水平低于B组,治疗后18个月,A组的CA153、CA125及CEA水平均低于B组(P<0.05)。治疗后6、12及18个月,两组的CA153、CA125及CEA水平均在正常范围内,但呈逐渐升高的趋势。结论"乳癌术后方"能降低乳腺癌术后血清CA153、CA125及CEA水平,可能是由于其抑制肿瘤复发转移,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of Ru’ai Shuhou recipe on serum carbohydrate antigen 153（CA153）,carbohydrate antigen 125（CA125） and carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA） in patients after breast cancer surgery, and evaluate its clinical efficacy and application value. Methods From January 2014 to March 2016, 136 patients after breast cancer surgery were divided into group A（Ru’ai Shuhou recipe＋comprehensive treatment, n=70） and group B（comprehensive treatment,n=66） according to non-randomized scores by inclusion and exclusion criteria. The CA153, CA125 and CEA levels were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 6, 12, and 18 months of treatment. Results Before treatment,the levels of CA153, CA125, and CEA in the two groups were normal, and the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. At 12 months after treatment, the CA153 level in the group A was lower than that in the group B（P〈0.05）. After 18 months of treatment, the CA153, CA125 and CEA levels in the group A were lower than those in the group B（P〈0.05）. At6, 12, and 18 months after treatment, the levels of CA153, CA125, and CEA in the two groups were within the normal range,but they gradually increased. Conclusion Ru’ai Shuhou recipe can reduce the levels of serum CA153, CA125 and CEA in patients after breast cancer surgery, it may be related to the inhibition of tumor recurrence and metastasis, has a certain clinical application value
