中西医结合治疗对老年性眩晕患者临床症状和生活质量的影响

Effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the clinical symptoms and quality of life in elderly patients with vertigo

目的探讨在老年性眩晕的治疗中应用中西医结合治疗对其临床症状和生活质量的影响。方法选取在我科治疗的老年性眩晕患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上应用中药汤剂治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组的症状积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);治疗后两组的生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年性眩晕患者应用中西医结合治疗临床效果满意,可更好地改善患者的临床症状及生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the clinical symptoms and quality of life in the treatment of senile vertigo. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with vertigo were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. On the basis of routine treatment, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups decreased, and that in the observation group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the life of quality scores in the two groups increased, and the life of quality score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in elderly patients with vertigo can achieve satisfactory clinical effect. It can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of the patients.
