芪苈强心胶囊治疗心功能不全的临床效果及安全性

Clinical effect and safety of Qili Qiangxin capsule in the reatment of insufficiency

目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊治疗心功能不全的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2014年6月至2017年6月本院收治的66例心功能不全患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各33例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上口服芪苈强心胶囊治疗。连续治疗4周后,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF及血浆NT-por BNP水平均显著改善,且研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);随访6个月后,研究组的复发率、重复住院率、病死率及生活质量评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊可明显改善心功能不全患者的心功能,提高患者生活质量,降低复发率及重复住院率,疗效安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of heart insufficiency treated by Qili Qiangxin capsule.Methods Sixty-six patients with heart insufficiency were selected as the study objects in our hospital from June 2013 to June2017. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated wi th conventional western medicine, and the study group was treated with Qili Qiangxin capsule on the basis of the control group. After 4 weeks of continuous treatment, the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the LVESD, LVEDD, LVEF and plasma NT-por BNP levels were significantly improved in both groups, and those in the study group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. After 6 months of followup, the recurrence rate, repeated hospitalization rate, mortality rate and quality of life score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Qili Qiangxin capsule in the treatment of heart insufficiency can effectively improve the patients’ heart function and quality of life, reduce recurrence rate and repeated hospitalization rate, which is safe and reliable.
