身痛逐瘀汤加减方治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of modified Shentong Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的观察身痛逐瘀汤加减方治疗腰椎间盘所有患者突出症的临床疗效。方法将2015—2017年在我院治疗的160例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各80例。所有患者均给予卧硬板床、牵引等常规治疗,在此基础上观察组患者给予身痛逐瘀汤加减方,对照组患者给予腰痛宁胶囊进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.25%,显著高于对照组的81.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS及JOA评分均改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者行身痛逐瘀汤加减方治疗,患者的临床症状得以改善,疼痛症状得以缓解,腰椎功能得以恢复,值得在临床中应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Shentong Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 160 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from 2015 to 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. All the patients were given hard bed, traction and other conventional treatment. On this basis, the observation group was given the modified Shentong Zhuyu decoction, and the control group was given Yaotongning capsule treatment. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.25%, which was significantly higher than 81.25% in the control group, the difference was statisticlly significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the VAS and JOA scores improved in both groups, and those of the observation group were superior to the control group, the differences were statisticlly significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation, the treatment of Shentong Zhuyu decoction can improve the clinical symptoms, relieve the pain symptoms and restore lumbar function, which is worthy of clinical application.
