瓜蒌薤白半夏汤对痰浊壅塞型胸痹患者血浆MMP-9、TIMP-1水平的影响

Effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction on MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in patients with phlegm congestion type chest stuffiness

目的探讨瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗痰浊壅塞型胸痹患者的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的108例痰浊壅塞型胸痹的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组治疗后心绞痛改善况总有效率为94.44%,显著高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、CRP及MMP-9水平均明显优于治疗前,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TIMP-1水平组内及组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗痰浊雍塞型胸痹效果显著,能够有效改善患者的临床症状、血脂及CRP水平,作用机制可能和抑制炎症反应有关,值得进一步深入研究。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction in the treatment of phlegm congestion type chest stuffiness. Methods A total of 108 patients with phlegm congestion type chest stuffiness admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group received routine western medicine, and the observation group accepted Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction based on the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the observation group was 94.44%, which was significantly higher than 77.78% in the control group（P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, CRP and MMP-9 in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, there were no significant differences in TIMP-1 level within and between the two groups before and after treatment（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction in the treatment of phlegm congestion type chest stuffiness has significant clinical effect. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, blood lipid and CRP levels of patients. The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory response, which is worthy of further in-depth study.
