整体化护理在骨外科护理中的应用效果

Application effect of holistic nursing in the nursing of orthopedic surgery

目的研究整体化护理在骨外科护理中的应用效果。方法对我院收治的82例骨外科患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予整体化护理。比较两组并发症、生活质量、疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组并发症总发生率明显更低,生活质量各评分及护理满意度更高(P<0.05);护理后,两组VAS评分明显减低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体化护理模式在骨外科护理中具有显著应用效果。

Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing in the nursing of bone surgery. Methods The clinical data of 82 patients in bone surgery of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given holistic nursing. The complications, quality of life, pain and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, there were lower total incidence of complications, higher quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction in the observation group（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the VAS scores in the two groups decreased, and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The holistic nursing model has obvious application effect in bone surgical nursing.
