助产士护理联合产时体位护理对初产妇自然分娩的影响

Effect of midwifery nursing combined with postpartum position nursing on natural delivery in primiparas

目的探讨助产士护理联合产时体位护理对初产妇自然分娩的影响。方法选择在我院分娩的136例初产妇,随机分为试验组和对照组,各68例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上实施助产士护理联合产时体位护理,分析两组的分娩方式、产程、产后2h出血量及新生儿窒息率。结果试验组产妇的自然分娩率显著高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组产妇第一、二、三产程及总产程均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组产妇产后2h出血量少于对照组,新生儿窒息率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论助产士护理联合产时体位护理能够明显提高初产妇的自然分娩率,缩短产程,并提高母婴分娩质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of midwifery nursing combined with postpartum position nursing on natural delivery in primiparas. Methods A total of 136 primipara who delivered in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 68 cases in each group. The control group accepted routine nursing, the experimental group accepted midwife nursing and postpartum position nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The delivery methods, labor time, 2 h postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia of the two groups were observed. Results The natural delivery rate of primipara in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The first, second, third stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）. The amount of bleeding at 2 h postpartum in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, and neonatal asphyxia rate in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Midwife nursing combined with postpartum position nursing can significantly improve the natural delivery rate of primipara, shorten the stage of labor and improve the quality of delivery in mother and child, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
