ICU气管切开患者语言交流障碍的研究进展

Research progress of obstacles in language communication in ICU patients with tracheostomy

气管切开是ICU机械通气患者人工气道建立方法之一,但同时也使患者丧失了正常语言交流能力。本文从ICU气管切开患者语言交流障碍产生原因、对患者的影响以及语言交流障碍干预方法三个方面进行综述,尤其是针对发音重建这个研究热点进行了重点介绍,概括了目前国内外现有的发音重建方法及临床应用,以期为ICU气管切开患者实现发音重建提供借鉴与参考,提高其生存质量。

Tracheostomy is one of artificial airway methods in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU, but also make the patients inability of normal language communication. Our research summarizes the reason of obstacles in language communication of patients with tracheostomy in ICU, the effect on patients and intervention methods for obstacles in language communication, mainly discusses the research hotspot pronunciation reconstruction. We summarized existing pronunciation reconstruction methods and clinical applications domestic and overseas. Thus providing suggestions and reference for pronunciation restoration of patients with tracheostomy in ICU, and improvement their survival quality.
