文章通过对"隐私""隐私权"和"患者隐私"的释义,结合妇产儿童患者隐私特点,分析医院后勤工作与保护患者隐私权的关系,并由此提出健全患者隐私保护制度、加强医院后勤人员的法律培训、提高医院后勤人员保护患者隐私权的法律意识等保护患者隐私权的策略。

This paper interpretates privacy,privacy rightand patients＇ privacy,combines with the characteristics of maternity and children patients privacy,analyzes the relationship between logistics service in hospitals andpatients＇ privacy,and on this basis puts forward patients＇ privacy protection strategies such as perfecting the system of patients＇ privacy protection,strengthening logistics personnel＇s legal training in the hospital,and improving logistics personnel legal consciousness in the hospital.
