摘要
受伤害者以男性青壮年(20~50岁)居多,男女比例为1.61∶1;以脑挫裂伤168例(35%)和复合性损伤87例(17.3%)为主;以脑挫裂伤为最常见的类型,其并发症的诊断应掌握诊断标准,并注意与相关疾病鉴别;伤残程度以Ⅳ级和Ⅴ级伤残最为常见,共196例(68.77%);主要的并发症为瘫痪、癫痫、排便与排尿功能障碍、精神障碍等。
Most of the victims are young men（20 to 50 years old）,and the male-female ratio is 1.61∶1;a total of 168 cases of cerebral contusion and laceration（35%） and 87 cases of compound injury（17.3%） are included;the most common type is cerebral contusion and laceration,and the diagnosis of its complications should be based on the diagnostic criteria,and attention should be paid to the identification of related diseases;the most common degree of disability are grade IV and grade V,with a total of 196 cases（68.77%）;and the main complications are paralysis,epilepsy,defecation and urinary dysfunction and dysphrenia.
