注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠不良反应分析与对策研究

Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Methylprednisolone sodium succinate Injection

为临床使用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠注射液提供科学合理的参考,保证公众用药安全;从国家药品不良反应监测中心数据库中,筛选了2017年6月甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠注射液不良反应的数据,并对这些数据进行系统的分析和评价;研究结果表明:应重视和加强甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠注射液的规范使用,以减少或降低该产品的不良反应发生。

OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for clinical rational use of Methylprednisolone sodium succinate injection, and safeguard the public＇s medication safety. METHODS： Adverse drug reactions induced by Methylprednisolone sodium succinate injection were statistical analyzed in June 2017 in China Center for ADR Monitoring. CONCLUSION：Rational use of Methylprednisolone sodium succinate injection should be strengthened so as to decrease the occurrence of serious adverse drug reactions.
