摘要
近年来,随着国家对原油进口审批权的逐步放开,炼油产能不断增加,下游沥青产品产量随之增多。同时,低价进口沥青资源不断涌入中国市场,造成国内沥青市场竞争日趋激烈。本文针对中石化出口沥青贸易上的不足,提出战略构思和工作设想,以问题作为导向,逐步发现问题,解决问题。通过扩大出口沥青贸易,实现两个目标:一是积极开拓和探索东南亚、澳大利亚、非洲、南亚等国际市场,提升中石化国际品牌形象;二是通过将沥青出口产业做大做强,助力中石化上游生产企业做大原油加工量以获得规模效益。
In recent years, with countries for crude oil import approval gradually open, refining capacity increasing, downstream products production. At the same time, cheap imports asphalt re- source pouring into the Chinese market, domestic asphalt market competition. Aiming at the shortage of bitumen trade in sinopec export, this paper puts forward the strategic idea and work idea, and takes the problem as the guide, gTadually discovers the problem and solves the problem. Through expanding the export asphalt trade, we will achieve two goals: First, we will actively explore and ex- plore international markets such as Southeast Asia, Australia, Afri- ca, and South Asia, and enhance the image of Sinopec's interna- tional brand; The second is to make the asphalt export industry bigger and stronger, and help the upstream production enterprises of Sinopec to do large crude oil processing quantities to obtain scale benefits.
