摘要
采用PC树脂与ABS树脂添加丙烯酸类的冲击改性剂,进行共混合金改性作为制备PC色母粒的载体。结果表明,在共混体系中,PC/ABS的质量比为70/30-30/70并添加3-10%的丙烯酸类的冲击改性剂,制得的色母粒比现有的纯PC树脂作为载体的色母粒,注塑的塑料制品具有更好的冲击强度,特别是高浓度颜料色母粒的制备时,更具有明显的增韧效果。
using PC resin and ABS resin to add the impact modifier of acrylic acid,the modification of the blend alloy was used as the carrier of the preparation of PC color masterbatch.Results showed that the blending system,the quality of PC/ABS ratio of 70/30-30/70 and add 3-10% acrylic impact modifier,masterbatch production than the existing pure PC as a carrier of masterbatch,injection molding plastic products has better impact strength,especially the preparation of high concentration pigment masterbatch,toughening effect is more obvious.
