Development Path of Industrialization for Heilongjiang Printmaking Industry

"十三五"时期是全面建成小康社会决胜阶段,也是促进文化繁荣发展的关键时期。黑龙江是版画大省,具备版画产业化发展的条件和竞争优势,站在新的历史起点上,政府要在政策引导、营造环境、引导消费、监督保障等方面发挥职能作用,打造具有国际影响的产业化形态的黑龙江版画。

The 13 th Five-year Plan period is not only the decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects but also a crucial period for promoting cultural prosperity and development. Heilongjiang possesses the conditions and competitive advantages for the industrialization of printmaking production.Standing at a new historical starting point,the government departments at all levels in Heilongjiang should play an important role in policy making,guiding consumption,supervision and guarantee healthy development of engraving industry in order to realize the goal of industry of engraving with international influence.
