English nursery rhymes and games are interesting forms of teaching. If they can be used appropriately and flexibly in the process of English teaching for future kindergarten teachers, they can activate classroom atmosphere, stimulate students＇ English learning enthusiasm and improve students＇ English learning efficiency. On the basis of the students＇ psychological characteristics and the current situation of English learning, this paper explores the application of English nursery rhymes and games in the English teaching for kindergarten teachers to activate students＇ thinking, develop students＇ potential and intelligence and thus create a harmonious English class.
