农旅新模式初探——以农村小煤窑旅游改造设计为例

New Model of Rural Tourism:A Case Study of the Tourism Transformation Design in Small Rural Coal Mines

资源枯竭型城镇在找寻发展道路的过程中,部分村镇由于小煤窑关停而失去经济支柱。本文结合北京近郊房山区宝水村农旅改造实践案例,展开农村小煤窑旅游改造研究,尝试探索以改造煤窑坑道为特色,利用地热资源降低运营成本、倡导绿色开发的矿业旅游新思路与农村发展新模式。

When resource-exhausted cities attempts to find a way out, some villages with small coal mines suffered from shut down and lost what they depend on. This paper explores the new mode of development of small coal mines in rural areas through the transformation of tourism mode for rural areas. Combined with the Beijing Baoshui village agricultural tourism transformation design work, featured the coal mine tunnel, highlighting the green concept, the use of tunnel ground heat source to reduce operating costs, creating a unique mining and folk tourism combined with the new model, only for Baoshui village.
