科研转型背景下地方高校的科研特色、问题及对策

Scientific Research in Local Universities under the Background of Scientific Research Transformation: Characteristics,Problems and Countermeasures

地方高校在高校向应用型转型的思想指导下,不断进行科研转型的尝试,取得了一定成果,也产生了新的问题。文章结合真实案例分析当前地方高校的科研转型及其发展特色,探讨存在的问题,旨在提出促使地方高校科研进一步发展的有效建议。地方高校因其区位优势,具有依托地方,建设地方经济相关优势学科、开发应用型成果、搭建区域需求相关科研平台的特色,但也因为人才、科研平台和转化渠道的缺乏,暴露出了高水平科研成果和科研转化能力不足的问题。加强科研团队及平台建设,探索深化校企合作,坚持立足地方将是地方高校解决发展问题的有效途径。

Under the background of the transformation which is from theory to application of universities,local universities are constantly changing their scientific research. Some achievements have been made and new problems have come out. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the transformation and development of scientific research in local universities with real cases,and discusses the existing problems. The purpose of this paper is to put forward effective suggestions to promote the further development of scientific research in local universities. Local universities can make use of their regional advantages to construct superior disciplines,develop applied achievements,and build scientific research platforms. However,due to the lack of talents,scientific research platform and transformation channels,there are problems of lacking of high level scientific research achievements and insufficient scientific research transformation ability. It is an effective way for local universities to solve the problems of development by strengthening team building,building platform,exploring the way of cooperation between schools and enterprises,and relying on local advantages.
