耳鼻喉科疾病诊治中电子鼻咽喉镜的临床价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨耳鼻喉科疾病诊治中电子鼻咽喉镜的临床价值分析。方法选取该院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的耳鼻喉科疾病患者137例,根据检测方法不同,将患者分为电子鼻咽镜组77例与纤维鼻咽镜组60例,根据综合诊断情况比较2种检测方法对疾病的临床价值。结果电子鼻咽喉镜检出例数74例,未检出3例,检出率96.10%;纤维鼻咽喉镜检出例数51例,未检出9例,检出率85.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.203,P<0.05)。电子鼻咽镜未检出声带小结为2.60%,慢性喉炎1.30%;纤维鼻咽镜未检出声带息肉1.67%,声带小结3.33%,鼻咽喉肿物5.00%,慢性喉炎6.67%。2种检测方法对鼻咽喉肿物检测未检出情况比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.936,P<0.05)。结论电子鼻咽喉镜与纤维鼻咽喉镜均有良好的检出情况,但电子鼻咽喉镜具有更高的诊断的价值,检出率更高,尤其是对鼻咽部肿物的检出情况要优于纤维鼻咽喉镜,在临床中值得推广。 Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical value of electronic nasopharyngoseope in the diagnosis and treatment of otolaryngologic diseases. Methods 137 otolaryngologic patients admitted to this hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected. According to different detection methods, the patients were divided into electron-ic nasophryngoscope group (77 cases) and fiber nasopharyngoscope group (60 cases) according to the comprehensive diagnosis. The situation compares the clinical value of the two detection methods for the disease. Results The number of cases detected by electronic laryngoscope was 74 and 3 cases were not detected. The detection rate was 96.10%. The number of cases detected by fiberoptic laryngoscope was 51 and 9 cases were not detected. The detection rate was 85.00% and the difference was statistically significant. (X2=5.203, P〈0.05). The vocal cord nodules were 2.60% and chronic pharyngitis 1.30% in the electronic nasopharyngoscope. No vocal cord polyps 1.67%, vocal nodules 3.33%, na- sopharyngeal masses 5.00%, and chronic pharyngitis 6.67% were detected. There was no significant difference between the two detection methods for the detection of nasopharyngeal masses (X2=3.936,P〈0.05). Conclusion The electronic na- sopharyngeal laryngoscope and fibro-nasal laryngoscope were all well detected, but the electronic nasopharyngeal laryngoscope had higher diagnostic value and higher detection rate, especially for the detection of nasopharyngeal mass- es. In fiberoptic laryngoscope, it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
