普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Pulmicort Aerosol Combined with Montelukast on Pediatric Asthma

目的探讨普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法选取该院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的小儿哮喘患儿63例,根据治疗方法不同分为联合组32例与单纯组31例,单纯组患儿采用普米克气雾剂治疗,联合组采用普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗,对两组患儿的临床疗效进行分析统计。结果单纯组患儿31例,症状缓解时间(6.77±1.46)d、症状消失时间(8.97±2.05)d;联合组患儿32例,症状缓解时间(3.92±1.23)d、症状消失时间(6.56±1.89)d,差异有统计学意义(t=5.172、4.891,P<0.05)。单纯组患儿31例,总有效率77.42%;联合组32例,总有效率96.88%。两组患儿临床疗效情况比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.376,P<0.05)。结论普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘具有良好的临床疗效,可以明显改善患儿的临床症状,同时增加临床疗效,值得在临床中推广。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of Pumico aerosol combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods 63 children with asthma in this hospital from Feb. 2016 to Feb. 2017 were selected. According to different treatment methods, 32 cases were divided into combined group and 31 cases were pure group. Pumico aerosol treatment was used in the pure group. The group was treated with Pumic aerosol and mon- telukast, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of children was analyzed. Results 31 patients in the pure group had symptomatic relief time of（6.77±1.46）d and symptom disappearance time of （8.97±2.05）d. In the combined group of 32 patients, the symptom relief time was（3.92±1.23）d and the symptom disappearance time was （6.56±1.89）d. The differ- ence was statistically significant （t=5.172, 4.891,P〈0.05）. The pure group of 31 patients, the total effective rate of 77.42%; combined group of 32 cases, the total effective rate of 96.88%. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was sta- tistically significant （X2=5.376,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pulmicort aerosol combined with montelukast has good clinical effi- cacy in treating asthma in children, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children, and increase clinical efficacy, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
