急性重症脑卒中患者失禁相关性皮炎的临床特点和预测因素

Clinical Features and Predictors of Incontinence-associated Dermatitis in Patients with Acute Severe Stroke

目的分析急性重症脑卒中患者失禁相关性皮炎(IAD)的临床特点和预测因素。方法对2016年10月—2017年10月该院收治的84例急性重症脑卒中患者IAD发生情况进行回顾性分析。结果 84例患者中,24例发生IAD,发生率为28.57%,其中15例为晚发性IAD,占比为62.50%。结论急性重症脑卒中患者发生IAD的概率比较高,需要对有卒中史、糖尿病史、发病时间较长、昏迷、发热、院前大小便失禁、NIHSS评分较高、白蛋白水平低以及免疫功能下降的患者予以重点关注。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical features and predictors of incontinence-associated der-matitis （IAD） in patients with acute severe stroke. Methods The occurrence of IAD in 84 patients with acute severe stroke admitted to this hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 84 patients, 24 had IAD and the incidence was 28.57%, of which 15 were late-onset IAD, accounting for 62.50%. Con- clusion Patients with acute severe stroke have a higher probability of developing IAD, requiring history of stroke, dia- betes, longer onset, coma, fever, prehospital incontinence, higher NIHSS scores, lower albumin levels, and decreased immune function, and those patients should be focused on.
