脑电生物反馈治疗对精神分裂症患者认知功能及脂代谢水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析脑电生物反馈治疗对精神分裂症的意义。方法于2017年1—10月纳入该院100例精神分裂症,随机分为对照组(利培酮和传统娱疗)和观察组(增加脑电生物反馈治疗)。记录甲式韦氏记忆量表(WMS-RC)分值、威斯康星卡片分类检测(WCST)分值、甘油三酯(TG)水平、总胆固醇(TC)水平、阳性症状量表(SAPS)、阴性症状量表(SANS)分值。结果治疗后观察组WMS-RC及WCST分值、低于对照组(P=0.000 0、0.000 0),TG、TC低于对照组(P=0.000 0、0.000 0),SANS、SAPS低于对照组(t=2.78、3.89,P=0.006 5、0.000 2)。结论脑电生物反馈治疗能改善精神分裂症患者认知功能、脂代谢,缓解症状。 Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of electroencephalogram biofeedback therapy on cognitive function and lipid metabolism in patients with schizophrenia. Methods From Janury to October 2017, 100 cases of schizophrenia were included in this hospital and were randomly divided into a control group (risperidone and traditional recreational therapy) and an observation group (increased EEG biofeedback treatment). Record the Welsh memory scale (WMS-RC) score, WCST score, triglyceride (TG) level, total cholesterol (TC) level, Positive Symptom Scale (SAPS), negative Symptom Scale (SANS) score. Results After treatment, WMS-RC and WCST scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P=0.000 0, 0.000 0). TG and TC were lower than the control group (P=0.000 0, 0.000 0). SANS and SAPS were lower than the control group (t=2.78,3.89,P=0.006 5, 0.000 2). Conclusion EEG biofeedback treatment can improve cognitive function and lipid metabolism in schizophrenic patients and relieve symptoms.
