心肌梗死给予美托洛尔与他汀类药联合治疗的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Combination of Metoprolol and Statins in Myocardial Infarction

目的探究使用美托洛尔联合他汀类药物治疗心肌梗死所产生的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2017年11月期间在该院治疗的心肌梗死患者54例,根据患者的治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组各27例,对照组患者采取硝酸酯类药物以及阿司匹林联合进行常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上采取瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合酒石酸美托洛尔片进行治疗,观察对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的显效率、有效率(74.07%,25.93%)显著高于对照组患者(40.74%,40.74%),无效率(0.00%)显著低于对照组患者(18.52%)(P<0.05),观察组患者的总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组患者的81.48%(χ~2=4.05,P<0.05);观察组患者的低血压发作3.70%,无心源性休克和心律失常发作,显著低于对照组患者的发作情况(χ~2=6.24,7.28,5.15,P<0.05)。结论使用瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合酒石酸美托洛尔片进行治疗的方式对于心肌梗死患者具有更加显著的疗效,患者心功能恢复良好且见效快,值得临床参考。

Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with statins in the treat- ment of myocardial infarction. Methods 54 patients with myocardial infarction treated in this hospital from January 2014 to November 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to patients＇ dif- ferent treatment methods. 27 patients were taken as control group and the control group took nitrates and aspirin for conventional treatment, and patients in the observation group were treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets and meto- prolol tartrate tablets on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was observed and compared. Results The apparent efficiency of patients in the observation group （74.07%, 25.93%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （40.74%, 40.74%）, and the inefficiency （0.00%）, significantly lower than the con- trol group （18.52%） （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the observation group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （81.48%）（X2=4.05, P〈0.05）. The observation group had 3.70% episodes of hypoten- sion and no cardiogenic shock and arrhythmia attack. Significantly lower than those in the control group （X2=6.24, 7.28, 5.15, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets for treat- ment has a more significant effect on patients with myocardial infarction, patients with good heart function recovery and quick results, is worth a clinical reference.
